Australian Customers
Minimum Order:
We have set a minimum order of $100.00 + freight + GST. Orders under this will incur a minimum order fee of $15.00 + GST. This currently does not show up in the website. So you can add additional items to make up the minimum order, or factor in the minimum order fee into your payment if processed prior to the proforma invoice being sent.
GST:
All orders processed for Australian bill to companies will incur a GST charge.
Packing and Shipping Charges:
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $11.00 + GST per order.
Shipping Method:
Orders are sent via Platinum Express Post, Express Post or Fastways Couriers. These options have track and trace available. We will not be held accountable for any undelivered shipments, you will need to speak directly to the company handling your order. Details of this company will be given with the tracking number.
Handling Time:
All orders placed and paid for before 1pm (Melbourne Local time) are sent out the same day.
Shipping Time:
The shipping time is usually 1-2 working days, depending on your location.

International Customers
Currencies:
At this time, Allure Gold only issue invoices and accept Australian Dollars. All reference to prices on our website is AUD.

International shipping is also charged at a flat rate of $50 per order for jewellery. If displays and boxes are ordered Allure Gold reserves the right to pass on any additional shipping costs.
Shipping Method:
Wholesale orders over $300 are sent via International Express Post which is track and trace enabled. Orders under $300 are sent via Registered Post.
Handling Time:
All orders placed and paid prior to 1pm (Melbourne Local time) are posted the same day.
Shipping Time:
The shipping time for orders sent via International Express orders is usually 3-7 working days, and orders sent via Registered Post are 5 - 15 business days.
Import Charges:
Please be aware that you are responsible for any Customs or Duty Fees, and all other import costs which maybe incurred on importing these items. Allure Gold is not responsible for these and you should enquire with your local customs prior to import. We will not accept any return charges due to refusal of acceptance of these charges.
